At Shopping Bag, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened condition. Due to hygiene standards, used items cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Shopping Bag account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure the Products

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned beauty products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
